Valve Body Repair

A Valve Body is the working brain of today’s automatic transmission. It usually contains the computers for the transmission, and it is under a heavier strain and load than ever before.

In our sate of the art valve body remanufacturing facility, the valve body is completely disassembled, cleaned, updated, solenoids tested and rebuilt or replaced as needed. Each remanufactured unit is then hydraulically and electronically tested through a series of shift cycles at operating temperature and precisely calibrated on special valve body machines so it is ready to bolt up.
